If we’re hosting your calendar, your guests can select a property, check availability, reserve and pay for their rental in minutes, 24/7 from any Internet connection. Availability Calendar- Casas del Mar provides a real-time calendar for your property and hosts it online. This calendar is instantly updated each time the property is rented and notifies you immediately via email. When we host your primary calendar it is constantly updated by our software so double-booking the same time with different guests is eliminated.
Real-time Reservations - Our reservations system also operates in real-time. No more waiting for emails or checks to clear. Guests are able to reserve and are required to make a deposit via credit card at the same time. As a result, their reservation is confirmed immediately and their deposits are more reliable.
Online Payment – Guests want to know in minutes, not days that their vacation accommodations are confirmed. We make it easy for them to reserve your property via Credit Card at the time of booking, which also secures 50% of the rental fee. You are competing for Guests with thousands of other properties in the bay area. The benefit of immediate confirmation coupled with our superior Guest services and ease of use gives you a distinct advantage over the competition.
Owner Access - You have access into a secure area of our website that allows you to see your reservations and past statements- 24/7 from any Internet connection. You’ll always know the current status of your property. In addition, you can block time on the calendar for your own bookings, vacations, maintenance, or any other reason. It’s your calendar.
Owner Referrals - Our owners help each other produce more rental income. Join our free Associate Program and earn a commission when a Guest renting any unit comes to us through you.
Listing Properties on Additional Websites- In order to give your property as much exposure as possible, we may list it on additional websites. We have developed a program that rewards other rental companies when they refer business to us by giving them a portion of our commission, at no additional charge to you. We’ve made referring clients to us simpler and easier than renting their own units.
Electronic Deposits - We deliver your funds to you by depositing them electronically each month into your bank account via our secure electronic deposit process. It’s secure, fast, and simple.
Monthly Statements/Reports - We send statements to you via email by the 10 th of each month for all activity during the prior month. Owners have access to detailed monthly reports that contain important information such as number of days rented, revenue generated, average rental fees, and other reports that you can choose from. We are serious about increasing your income and these reports are useful tool that help us ensure we are creating the best returns possible for you
Check In/Out Services - We meet your guests when they check-in; guide them through the property amenities; and give them a quick introduction to Puerto Vallarta . We also visit the property at checkout time. During this visit we examine the property for damage and ask about their experience. We make note of any issues and ask if there is room for improvement with our service or the property.
On Call Guest Services - Your guests will have our 24-hour contact information in case of emergency. We also act as your agent to handle any Guest complaints so you don’t have to worry about unhappy Guests calling you.
Damage Inspections- We can inspect the property for damage upon check-out of each Guest.Guests agree that we may charge the credit card on file for any damages. Once we have reviewed the property at checkout, we can release the authorization or charge the guest appropriately.
Staples and Paper Goods- We will re-stock at no cost to you, a 1-2 day supply of the following upon check out: coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, napkins, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags.
Home Orientation Guide – We create a custom orientation guide for each property and review it with your guests at check-in. It contains information that the guest should be aware of concerning the specific property. Such as: Important contact information, owner’s rules and requests, a schedule of services, appliance instructions, locations of thermostats, and other needed information to help them feel at home.
